А можно как нибудь добавить новый код для контексного меню? Например "открыть картинку в новой вкладке", есть аддон но не охота забивать расширения ради одной функции.

I tried this to switch F5(reload) and Ctrl + F5(hard reload),
but I only saw the reload "but not the hard reload" in the Main Context Menu.
And none of these in the Keyboard shortcuts.
Is there a way to do it?

In the Keyboard shortcuts, key_devToolboxMenuItem and Key_inspector are duplicated as Ctrl + Shit + I. Is that normal and default?

I just had an ad appear on top of Firefox. Said it was from Menu Wizard. I had disabled ads in the settings and I did not change it. Did you reset our settings to enable ads? I disabled ads because I prefer to donate to software creators rather than tolerate ads. I donated to the author using the Donate button in Settings. I feel that should make us even when I disable ads. Please do not reset my settings to enable them.

Please follow this steps for forever turn off advertising and donations page:
about:config
extensions.s3menuwizard.advertisement = any words, example: never or qwerty or 123345
extensions.s3menuwizard.not_open_contribute_page = true

Уважаемый автор, а зачем пихать в свое дополнение, вот этот рекламный мусор?
При этом не уведомляя пользователя, что в HTML код сайтов вашим дополнением подсаживается скрипт:

почему не уведомляя?
один раз открывается новая вкладка с просьбой о активировании рекламных объявлений.
если пользователь соглашается, то в http-страницы добавляется рекламный скрипт.
по умолчанию реклама отключена.
пользователь в любой момент может включить/отключить рекламу через настройки аддона.
так же про это написано в политике приватности:
