I do not know if these are bugs or I am just not understanding.

If I start a download, why doesn't the download status bar appear automatically if I set that preference?

What exactly am I supposed to see in the drop-down menu off the menubar?

It seems to do nothing. I see the word "Downloads" in a button box at the top left of a larger box. Lots of white space underneath. To the right of the word "Downloads" is a button labeled "clear". And then a tiny down arrow.

Clicking on any of these does nothing I can see.

I am using Firefox V60.

BTW, I tried to register at the Mozillazine Forum. How many letters are in Mozilla? I enter "7" and it says I am wrong. How many letters are there in that word.

Hello! Thank you for the great work on Download Manager and Forecast Fox (Fix Version). I am running Firefox version 60.0.1 (64 bit) on Windows 10. When I open a download from the bar, the item is removed and I see the message "click here to run this file." However, when I click, nothing happens. This is always true whether I double-click, select "open" from context menu, or use ctrl-shift-enter shortcut. I even disabled my antivirus, but that did not fix the problem. Do you have any suggestions?
